ABSTRACT : Hypertension is a growing public health concern among young adults due to sedentary lifestyles, academic stress, obesity, unhealthy dietary habits, and reduced physical activity. Elevated blood pressure at a young age significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases later in life. Aerobic exercise has emerged as one of the most effective non- pharmacological interventions for preventing and managing hypertension. This study reviews the effects of aerobic exercise on blood pressure in young adults and highlights the physiological adaptations responsible for cardiovascular improvement.
